Hey guys, for Christmas my mum and dad bought me the 'real techniques core collection kit'. I was so lucky and so excited to try them out, I had my eye on them for a while. I then decided to buy the powder brush and the blush brush separately as I loved all the brushes in the core collection kit. So I thought I would share my opinions on these lovely brushes.
I find that I use every brush in this kit most days, which I was very happy about as they can be quite expensive. They give my makeup a natural finish which I personally believe is the best thing, you don't want to be 'caked' in makeup in my opinion. None of the bristles have fallen out which is obviously excellent and I find with cheap brushes that happens quite a lot.
I must say I found the online tutorials brilliant and very helpful, I would recommend watching them if like me you have had no experience with more expensive brushes. They just give really good tips and explain which brushes are best for liquid foundation for example and which ones are best for powder foundations. So I would defiantly recommend watching those if you are a little unsure what all the brushes are for.
The brushes clean so well, however I am unsure of how many times you should clean them so if anybody has any advice I would love some. At the moment I have cleaned them twice since I got them?
I am hoping to get the real techniques starter kit very soon, and I can imagine I will feel exactly the same about all of those brushes too.
If you guys have the real techniques brushes let me know what you think of them.

Quick update
Hey guys, thought I'd let you know why I haven't posted much. It's simply because I've been at work about 3 weeks now and I'm just so tired when I come home. Hopefully when I get used to the hours I won't be so tired and I can come home and do a few blog posts. I have planned another recent purchases. My lipstick collection is now growing too so I'm tempted to do a post around those. Let me know what you think about that. Hopefully I'll speak to you all soon!
